METALS ARE ME.

It just happened one day. I saw abandoned and rusting metals. I felt them beckoning on me, wanting me to want them, to transform them, and to help them achieve their true worth.
From then on, I saw discarded and unwanted metals from a different light. They are not garbage, trash, spoils, discards, wastes or junk. I find hidden in each of them images, so compelling, so grand, so inspiring, so magical. I see in each a personality, a character, a sudden gush of emotion, a significant connection, an untold experience, an unbearable pain, an unmitigated joy, a deep sense of security or otherwise, a covenant to an unknown or yet to be found. I find art, I find meaning, I find myself and the ones I truly care for.
Then after I have touched these metals, they have become a loud cry that indeed the best is yet to come….. We just have to believe; we just have to trust.
Metals are me.

HUMANITY.
The most intelligent species on the planet, capable of anything
But is governed by its aggression and youth.
A species fast in developing..but slow in maturing.
Once a species that cared about it's home, it's provider,
lets ego dominate its decisions.
A period of ignorance and neglect has had profound effects across the world.
Effects which can be reversed,
If nature is given the time to repair the damage.
Remember…
WE ONLY HAVE ONE HOME.
